"Big Barista Christian is extremely rude and arrogant. I don't get how they would put someone like him as the face of Starbucks even if it is inside an Albertsons. Can't figure out if he's mad that he has to work there, was bullied all his life and getting back at society or if he just has a small prick. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
"I have had my drink made incorrectly several times lately at other locations. Barista Jenna Rose at this store made it perfectly!"
"Baristas in this Starbucks should be taught that it is a must to wash hands after touching and changing the trash. I told the barista i would wait for him to finish and clean and he said no because he would get back to it after my drink. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable drinking it. On another note, they advertise they are open till 9pm but they close the coffee shop at 7:30pm."
"Its Saturday, only 3 cars ahead drive thru, 20 min wait, and didn't get order right, unacceptable, usually superb service, I guess wont come on Saturdays ."
"The people that work there are always mad and they get your order worng most of the time I ordered a frappuccino and I said no wip and when I got it they did the complete opposite and put wip on it I suggest not to go there"
