"My first time at Dutch bros and was not a great experience. Had 4 large drinks and was offered a cup holder. Right when they handed me my drinks two kids weren't on correctly and since they didn't double the holders they were not sturdy at all and fell in my car. When I arrived to my destination just down the street, the holder was completely torn through from the precipitation of the drinks. First and last time I'll be at Dutch bros."
"Pink woman taking our order was very nice. People cut in front of us while we were ordering in car in line. The line took a long long time. The merge did not help. Hey Dutch Bros look at McDonalds, they know how to do a drive up!! Never going back"
"Dutch bros coffee is good, I have no issues with the coffee. But this specific location is garbage. They cannot make the drinks in any reasonable amount of time. The west side location is far superior. If you see even a small line here, just leave, they’re incapable of dealing with orders here. Who ever manages or supervises needs a new job."
"Love what is offered, however, be prepared to be in a line waiting for 30 minutes because that is where we are at now. This is probably my 10th time coming and I am considering Starbucks again. The picture is where we were at the the 30 min mark. It has been 4-5 min per vehicle so far."
"Today i finally went yo this little place called Dutch bros! I got coffee for my bosses and coworkers because of Christmas I ordered walnut, caramel Black coffee, the people yo nice but they took bad my order I guess for the first time I gave them chance, also the guy in the vídeo help me to fix it! After like at 3 pm I went back with my husband and I ordered hot and cold coffee for him the first time!!They took wrong my order. The taste was good but the service too friendly such is good! but not efficient! Also they have a long line to get your coffee! I will come back because I like the taste of the coffee and this time I will not tip them and see how this look! One thing they need to fix is the orders! Could be better! Taste is better than Starbucks for my taste! Expect waiting around 20minutes! And little pricy!"
