"Worst McDonald's in the north east! Ive lost track of how many times I have to go back because they forget to give me a complete order. Today I go in for some BBQ sauces that weren't given to me and for the second time Mr Rodrigo a worker with avery bad attitude,he slams the bbq sauce in my hands then when I ask for a bag he pretends to not hear me. Smh when I finally get a bag he refuses to help put them in. In my opinion if he's unhappy with his work he should look into a job with less customer service. Because of my experience with him and the manager they had working, I will no longer be eating at any McDonald's locations. If I could rate zero I would. Location # 1399"
"I have been reading reviews, does ANYBODY in authority read these? I have been going every week with granddauter, the staff always treats us like we are annoying them. They dont acknowledge us, ignore us, and are very rude. Put our food in bags when i say dine-in. They say they dont have trays, they are on trash receptacles. LAZY!!!! I order on kiosk, with a locater number, but they scream my name. LAZY!!! Most of all, they are RUDE. They need training on how to treat customers, they are representing your company. Other mcdonalds are not like this. The managers are not training.we will never go there again. I dont want to have lunch and be treated badly. Apparently there are other people complaing, something should be done for your customers. I would think someone would care whats going on there."
"HORRRIBLE!! I ordered a happy meal with two quarter pounders with strawberry cream apple pies. And they didn't put it in there and like always they forgot the ranch and I ordered it in the app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE ITS HORRIBLE"
"McDonald's will always be a go to place. No matter what However I put the app on my phone and I usually order through the app to save time and I always find myself waiting. Food needs more quality and wouldn't hurt to have some pride into what your serving"
"The quality of bread has declined drastically. The sesame seed buns are like eating stale crackers. The regular bun on the double cheese burger is great. Next time I will ask for a regular bun for my Quarter-pounder Deluxe and will not be ordering the Big-Mac anymore. The fries were great the staff was professional and the lobby was clean."
