"I bought a mixed dozen and I got home , they were dry not fresh looked like they were 2 days old! I thought they made fresh donuts daily. What a waste of $12 bucks !!!! I would take back but they were rude and I know they wouldn’t honor and refund or ect… I just won’t be back!!!! So mad!!!"
"Came thru drive thru at 620 am asked for a dz mixed. The donuts were cold and hard like they were left over from the night before. I called the store and they swear the donuts are brought in every morning but those were not fresh this morning. I had to present my bosses with this stale day old bread. I am so disappointed with this store."
"Great Dunkees. Not pretentious like others. Lattes and Cappuccinos are fresh, they do not use old expresso. When you pay, you don’t get the annoying tip screen, so bring some bills for the tip jar. Clean. Drive up is chill. I get the avocado toast if I am hungry, or the Wake up wrap. Excellent"
"The donuts are always good. The prices are usually fair. My issue was the service. The ppl were teeheeing in the back & not serving or waiting on customers. There were only 3 of us in there & it took forever. Then when grabbing my donuts from the tray, he wasn't paying attention to what I said & grabbed the wrong ones & knocked down a couple of trays & the guard. Absolutely ridiculous. Please get better servers that care more about the job than socializing."
"Ordered a large matcha latte. Tasted like cold milk. Not Matcha. Didn’t get a straw. They mumble stuff within themselves and are very rude. They are more worried about catching up or make jokes, instead of giving good customer service .I’ll spend a couple more dollars and do down to Starbucks. I understand why self service fast food restaurants are gaining popularity. Will not be back."
