"I love tropical smoothie I go all the time but today I got my usual Caesar wrap but this time they put all the lettuce and spinach on one side of the wrap and the other side a handle full of cheese and chicken. I don’t like to complain due me also working the food industry, however It was just unacceptable for this. I will come again but I but I hope the next time I’m not disappointed."
"Our friends tagged us in a promotion from Tropical Smoothie. Normally, I'd never have gone there, but they have a really cool promotion featuring 2 names every couple of days. If your name is on the list, they will give you a $0.99 24oz smoothie! If your name is on the list, it's definitely worthy of your time. While good, I feel the price point is way too high for what you get normally. But for each their own."
"Order @8:40pm through the drive through and got horrible service! The ladies were so rude and got our order completely wrong. We asked for extra bacon and got NO bacon. The cheese wasn’t even melted. We went back to get them remade and the lady told me I had to wait 15 minutes for the ovens to come back on (mind you, it wasn’t evening closing time) or call tomorrow to get a refund because they couldn’t do it tonight. Highly disappointed. Staff needs to be better trained and know what time their store actually closes"
