"My family frequents this location, and the experience is always wonderful! The employees are incredibly nice and helpful, as well! One of the employees, Miguel, is almost always the main one that helps us, and he is amazing! His kindness and friendliness make the experience go above and beyond the high-quality service that all of the employees consistently provide. Definitely recommend this location!"
"Nothing more than disappointment. They were out of everything we went to try. You would think the items that are being promoted would be available. Customer service was not given today. No smiles or thank you. Black stare instead of a greeting. Was not even given a total for my order. These employees seem miserable!!! Was given a burnt croissant sandwich. Missing the dipping syrup for the pancake wrap. Didn’t want to bother going back to the store. I figured I would take my losses and warn others about this store. Drive a little further and go to the Dunkin on Redd near Resler. At least there they smile ◡̈"
"Old donuts. Overpriced. At first, I thought they were being generous by giving me more donut holes than I bought, but then I tasted one; AT LEAST 2 days old. Also bought a sugar donut and a glazed donut; awful. Not to mention, my order was not complicated but the young lady behind the counter managed to get it wrong."
