"I've been a district secret shopper many years and never before, an obese older looking woman was at window , she had bad breath and appears to have greasy hair, she looked unkept. She seemed bothered when I asked for a cup holder and napkins, I'll need to talk to headquarters about this !!"

"This is the THIRD time I get coffee with burnt taste. No issues at the store mesa or any other store. I can’t believe no one complains about the horrible taste. Save your money and go to another location"

"Terrible service my family and I dined in in mid January weather outside is 52 degrees and they have the ac blasting inside the kids play area, I asked nicely multiple times if they could lower the ac and they did not, I asked to speak to manager and let her know I have a newborn and two little toddlers who are freezing and she said she will look into it and never adjusted the ac so I went again to the same manager and explained it’s not the middle of July it’s January and it’s way too cold for kids and even for adults to sit in the play area to watch the kids and she said okay and never adjusted the ac and it kept blasting cold air. Terrible conditions for the environment for guests and lack of care for customers on top of the fact that the chicken nuggets were also not properly cooked. I do not recommend this McDonald’s location"

"We ate breakfast here today. The manager was talking to some of her friends and ignoring my requests. There was no ketchup, napkins available at the drink station. I had to stand in front of her with her back to me while I was speaking to her. So unprofessional and rude. The tables were all dirty, no creamer was given for our coffee and no clean tables available. 3 trips to the front counter finally got what was needed to eat breakfast. This was the worst customer service of any McDonald’s I have experienced. Get a new manager!"

"You come to this place to bring your kids to have some fun and eat. Why would you close the kids area early in the evening? We were told it was getting cleaned. There is no one there."
