"Drive thru was terrible! Took 6 minutes behind 2 cars just to order. Took an additional 8 minutes just to get to the window to pay. To get the food, that took another 6 minutes. Overall took 20 minutes just to order and get my food. 20 minutes! I have been here twice and both times they take anywhere between 17-38 minutes to order and get your food. On top of the wait, the food was way over done and cold. How do you manage to take forever and still be cold?"

"WTH, placed an order on the app for pick at the drive thru. Clerk told me to change the order and pick up at the counter, then they cancelled my order and told me to come inside and replace the order. Maybe you don't understand "fast food" In hindsight, I should've read the reviews. This McDonald's is horrible with service."

"It's fast food and it's served up to go with no regard for the wrapping and handling of your order, which in our view/opinion completely "sucks". We suggest you can get far far better service and handling of your food order from another McDonald's location. We guarantee you, we will never patronize this McDonald's location ever again, even if it is the last McDonald's restaurant on planet Earth!"

"Nice new place, I've been there several times through the drive thru but they seem to always be out of something that I order. The breakfast McMuffin was cold and roughly put together and not very appealing as if it was just thrown together, they told me the hot chocolate machine was broken another time, and once the rounded up my change as a donation after I had said no. Most of the time the service is ok and the employees are nice but on 2 separate occasions the younger kids there have been extremely rude and unhelpful when I ask about my order or condiments."
