"The Dutch Brothers employees are the NICEST young adults ever!!! They are such a joy. They are patient and kind, very welcoming. The coffee is very good and they are half the cost of Starbucks. It took me over a year to stop there but I'm now a fan. Being treated with such kindness is always a hit. I hope everyone stops by to enjoy the coffee and truly pleasant employees. Thank you!!!!⁸"

"Maybe it is Dutch Bros itself or this specific location, but the coffee literally all tastes the same and ordering any drink basically means 3/4 cup full of ice even when you ask for light ice; I take like 5 sips at most and am already almost finished. The price point is lower than Starbucks and the foam top is great, but I genuinely can't taste the difference between the Golden Eagle and the Caramelizer; sometimes I think the workers just give whatever they have available to speed up the queue line since it's a busy location. This not just my individual opinion, I am a teacher that orders for a group of 3-4 others. This review is about the coffee, it completely excludes any of the other drinks that are sold here."

"Have been here several times and it's always the same. Long waits because the staff acts like they are too "cool" to work there or something. You are a company employee, act like one. If you read the other reviews you will know what I'm talking about. Also the awkward interaction and pressure to tip the person doing their job taking your order is not right. What's the point of having the intercom if they have people there, I would understand if that makes things run faster, but they don't!"

"I ordered something and received it. The service that I had really made me feel amazing! My order was delivered to my liking. I truly appreciate the generous, kind action that was performed. I look forward to whenever I visit this restaurant. My order can not be matched at any other coffee shop like Dutch Bros Coffee. The coffee does not taste like a. Because of this, I affiliate with the methods and techniques the crew uses when creating the drinks in the kitchen. This place is very clean, and I do not feel gross or uncomfortable when I step into this establishment. Rather, I feel very comfortable whenever I enter the premis perimeter. I don't know how much better this could be because it is great, indubitably. The future times I will visit this restaurant again is unknown, but I will attempt with some more effort and motivation. The people who make me feel better about myself are the ones who help me."

"Its always a wait. Id consider getting more baristas, especially during the weekends. The checkout staff is always super fast, but once you have to get to the window, it takes a while. Like it but stay away from it because of the wait and the prices. It's a bit too steep for El Paso. And the taste is around the same as Starbucks. Just a tiny bit better."
