"Apple fritter was horrible. No apples at all and fied over done. No one was in charge and employees just ignored my comment. Worst Shipley's location I have ever been at!"
"I bought 3 dozen of the normal kolaches, our whole office of 18 people had to take the day off because of food poisoning. One of my coworkers was hospitalized. Please do not go to this location. The sausages seemed under cooked and the bread was raw on the inside. Made me not wasn’t to eat for weeks. Go to an actual local donut shop, not this corporate trash."
"Very polite team but I was very surprised to see how insanely huge the bun is on the regular sized kolaches I bought this morning but could of been an accident. If not I did like the normal bread size before. It is bigger than my hand and im a 5ft female.The donuts were not great either today unfortunately."

"I’m from Houston, all donut shops from 5-9am have HOT donuts, EVERYTIME I come here no matter the time their donuts are ice cold like a brick. When I asked for hot donuts they throw them in them microwave. I don’t understand this at all, when I someone says hot donuts it means fresh. I arrived at 6am they open at 5-5:30 how are my glazed donuts ICE COLD and HARD?"
