"I'm a pizza lover and was intrigued by the opportunity to try Detroit-style pizza. I was a bit skeptical with the location being Alpine, TX but the quality of the pizza would make it popular in any Detroit suburb. My wife and I were lucky enough to have the chef (Andrea) tell us a bit about the baking process and flour used. I would definitely eat here again. Caution: there are only two tables inside the restaurant but a few outside."

"Pizza was DELICIOUS. Their flavors were interesting but still traditional enough to bring kids or picky eaters. We had pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and hot honey. It’s Detroit-style, so the slices are square, have thick crusts, and a puddle of marinara sauce on top of the cheese/toppings. Everything, including the sauce, tastes very fresh. The indoor dining area was very small, just two tables. They did have a patio, but it was a chilly evening so we stayed inside. Service was friendly. A fun and inclusive atmosphere."
"We ordered two pizzas. After a long day in Big Bend, we were looking forward to the pizzas. They were excellent. Detroit style pizza is great: instead of drowning in sauce like Chicago style, you get a crisp, thicker crust. Excellent."
