"We went in today and were given a scone made on 10/17 (9 days ago) that was microwaved in the plastic leaving it slimy and gross. We ordered a latte and it was obviously an iced coffee. On top of all of that my tea was so hot it compromised the flavor of the actual tea itself. They spent all their money fixing the building instead of investing in good product to sell. Never had this problem with J&B being there."
