"I am writing to inform you about this very regretful experience I had on November 3, 2022, at 9:08 am in Starbucks store #8316. 5601 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79407. Hello, I hope you are doing well. This is to inform you that this is Rasit Ilhan, and I am a math coach in Lubbock. Since I came to America in 2015, I have loved Starbucks. It is where I usually go and meet with my friends. I spend time and order them coffee and Biscotti. It is a place that I typically visit every morning. I had training in Region 17 recently on November 3, 2022. Before going there, I bought a coffee from Starbucks and 2 Vanilla Almond Biscotti. While eating one of them with my coffee, I left the other at work. Then, 15-20 minutes later, I wanted to open it to eat it too, then I realized that its date had passed and I didn't eat it. I was shocked for the first time that my most trusted Starbucks company was selling something like this. Then I kept it to let you know with the plug. I know that the Safety and well-being of your Customers and Employees are your top priority. So you know that expired product is harmful to people's health. AFTER that experience, I will never return to that Starbucks again. Afraid they will put something expired product on my drink or even worse. This is the first time I have written to complain, and I do so because I care for millions of other customers who drink this coffee and hundreds of thousands of investors and stock owners who want this business to grow and prosper. I hope you'd fix this mistake and stop endangering people's health."

"Part of the university but open to the public. There's 10 minute parking right outside. Best White Chocolate Mocha I've had from any Starbucks. Very kind and helpful baristas!"

"Been here a few times and it's always been good. This is where I first tried the unicorn frappuccino! Theres not that much of a wait, and it can be a bit crowded at times but it is at a college. It's by a study/library and close to restrooms. Free water of course! Friendly staff."

"Machiato wasn't mixed, coffee was terribly bitter much like cheap convience store coffee. Teas are much more enjoyable."
