"Redeeming my birthday reward! I ordered a medium iced coffee Caramelizer with extra caramel and two pup cups. It's windy but a nice day at 84 degrees, so I took the large dogs for a ride. They both anxiously waited happily for the pup cups."
"I absolutely love the coffee at Dutch Bros; however, my experience here on 19th is never a positive one. I am a creamer and sugar girl. Every time I go here to order and ask them to add creamer and sugar to my coffee they always suggest I don’t or try to get me to not add creamer and sugar, and it hasn’t been just once or twice but every time I go. I work late so this is the only coffee shop open before I head to work. I’ve stopped going because I don’t understand why the employees continue to try to change my order when I am a paying customer. Why suggest anything to my drink when I didn’t ask or if I won’t get it for free? I rather go to the one on University. Their customer service is great and I never have to fight with wanting to order my coffee just how I like it."
"Dutch brothers is the BEST coffee shop! They always have people taking your order far before you get to the window. Sometimes they bring it out to you while you’re still in line. Always friendly, great deals and reward points for free drinks. I always choose Dutch brothers! My favorite drink is the iced kicker! 6 shots and Irish cream flavored!"
"This location used to be awesome and now it’s kind of meh. The drinks are good but they are really slow and the workers aren’t really personable (I’m only commenting on this because that’s kind of Dutch Bro’s brand: having personable workers). I went today and they only had like 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru so I went to the walk up window, it took 15 minutes to get my drink. Their drinks are still great though, I think the service has just taken a dive. They also almost never actually give me the teacher discount when I have my badge because LISD badges say “staff” and not “teacher”"
"Pros: - free stickers! - super nice staff - speedy service - well organized drive through experience - best coffee in town Cons: - a little more expensive than some places - not much seating available if you want to sit - consistently long lines All in all, great experience and will happily be returning in the future. I highly recommend this business."
