"Went to this Dutch bros on Sunday to get a warm coffee and hot chocolate, the line was long and the car in front of us was not falling in line so we backed out and went to the walk up. An employee took my order promptly but my order was not filled until the other three employees had taken and filled the orders of almost everyone in their warm car in the drive thru line. I had to wait in the cold for about 20 minutes before I got my order. Very not happy. My common sense says fill the order of the customer standing in the cold before you take and fill the orders of the customers in their cars in the drive thru. Will not be returning to this Dutch bros"
"Came by on a Sat at 10:30a. Long line but they came out and took our order. Nothing wrong waiting a few extra min for good coffee. Plan on being here 15min during prime time"
"I forget which dutch bros location this was in Lubbock but they are very friendly and helpful. Got me set up with the rewards program. This is the first dutch bros I have seen in Texas. Definitely would recommend getting a black tea with passion fruit. Not only do they have a drive thru they have a walk up window as well. With being backed up with orders they came to a few customers vehicles with a tablet to place their order. They only had two people working that day. They made a small mistake with our order but fixed it immediately. Definitely recommend Dutch Bros and I will definitely be going back. Very friendly staff and very helpful."
