"UPDATE: Went there this morning they got my drinks RIGHT!!! You can tell they received my review, cause the guy wasn’t rude but you could tell he was making sure I liked it…. Thank you very much …. I go here every morning my issue is getting my expresso shots added. I use online to earn points. When I pay for my expresso I get it but when I use my points for my free expresso its never added. I know the difference but here is my cold brew I paid for and here is the one I got this morning and you can see the difference and taste it as well. I’ve earned these points so I’d really like to have it added from now on. I don’t have time in morning to turn around and get it added so I’m coming in here to address the issue hoping you can fix my concerns and issues I’m having cause I love coming here…"

"This is the 2nd time recently I have ordered coffee rolls, they charge me for it, and when they return my card they say, "Sorry. We're out of coffee rolls. Someone was just sold the last one." This time, a lady turned around and said, "Do we have any apple fritters?" I said, "I don't like those. I want my money back. Coffee rolls are what I came for." The girl at the window changed her attitude, and acted like I was wrong because I don't want a replacement. Heaven forbid she had to do more work to refund me. Then, she briskly handed me a box of donuts (the rest of my order) and something fell off the top. She said, "your card was on top." I could not get out of my car to get it because I was at the window. No one offered to come get it or anything. I had to wait until they handed me the rest of my order and I had to pull up, squeeze through my door and get my card. They have always been rude, but today was the last time they'd be rude to me. I went to the Duncan on 50th and Quaker and they had my coffee rolls. I told them they were much friendlier than the one on University, and always have what I want. They said I'm always welcome....with a SMILE. I'll drive the extra 1.5 miles to go to that one. I am through with the University store."

"Please explain how you run out of all of your bagels an hour after you opened. Thanks for ruining my entire day. Tried to eat the replacements but they were cold and dry and stale and they didn't even put the right cheese on them. Guess it was the F team working today."
