"Hello everyone! My boss and I ate here once and it was very good. I was surprised how good the buffet tasted and plenty of variety. A few weeks later I decided to treat my employees and take them out to eat lunch at La Hacienda and it was a let down! The food tasted watered down and they wouldn't replenish any of the food trays. Then I found out that they put up any food that is not eaten in the fridge and then serve it again the next day. I know for a fact that sometime back the owner had a sign stating not to over serve yourself and waste food which I agree but I don't believe a restaurant should serve days old food to customers. There's a huge chance that people can get sick. It's just my opinion. I hope they go back to doing the right things because it's a nice comfortable restaurant and it would be ashame to give it a bad name. I will go back again to see if it improves. I believe in second chances!"
