"Ordered 2 baked potatoes, onions were not listed on the item and when asked I said no and got onions anyway. The baked potato comes with potato chips on top and they were stale. The beans, potato, and okra were cold. I don’t recommend coming here. Food was bad, signs need work as they’re hard to read. This really sucks as the store smelled amazing."

"First time here, ordered a half rack of ribs. Ribs were hard and dry barely edible. It was definitely leftovers from the day before, I was there around 1pm therefore had it been cooked that day it wouldve been somewhat fresh. Very disappointed won't be back. Most pitmasters just won't serve a customer poor quality like that they usually take pride in their food."

"Your eyes aren’t lying BBQ at a gas station. potato salad spot on homemade chips are good briskets a little dry but the sauce saves the sandwich. All the competitors are closed, Mitch’s is the only game in town. Prices are reasonable."

"Failure! I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me there. There were 4 employees working Mitch's, but they were too busy chatting amongst one another to serve a customer. This was my first stop at the Plainview Toot-N-Totem and it will be my last. Arby's next door served me right away."
