"I had a grilled chicken sandwich w/fries and my husband had a spicy cheeseburger w/fries. He loved his and mine was ok. The chicken was good and hot but the lettuce tasted like bagged lettuce from Walmart, which I hate. After removing the lettuce and the barely pink tomato, it was good. He had a coke which tasted like Dr pepper was in it--Mc Donald's coke is way better. I had a small chocolate shake which was excellent. The bill was over $23 and I felt it was overpriced for what we had."
"Needed somebody else making ice cream because the lady doing didn't know how to make the sundaes. There were four people watching her, but nobody offered to help her."
"I ordered a chicken strip dinner with crispy fries. I got four chicken nuggets and fries that had barely been cooked."
"They are very slow to wait on you. Walked to the ice cream line at 3:00 and nobody in front of us. Took 10 before anyone acknowledged us. There were employees standing around doing nothing. After we finally got our order and went to sit down, almost every table was dirty. The floor was nasty. Beverage bar was horrible nasty. There were 2 managers present at the time. There seems to be no manager supervision every time we go in. There are 3 or 4 employees that do their job very well and are always friendly."
