"I stopped at noon on a Sunday, the door was locked, so I called and asked if the dining room was open and was told no. It is clearly posted on the door that dine in is open on Sunday from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm! I went and ate elsewhere, drove by 15-20 minutes later and saw someone walk in the door and saw other folks sitting and eating, I called back and asked to talk with the manager and was given the runaround and was given an 800 number to call. I will NEVER darken the doorway of pizza hut in Guymon ever again, and you can bet I will be letting everyone I know what happened. This place is a disgrace for hiring people that lie and will not let someone speak to the manager. VERY poor business practice!!! I'd give negative stars if I could."
"A waste of time and money. Food was chewy and under cooked, had so much sauce on it that the toppings wouldn't even stay in the pizza. they just abandoned me in the drive thru line for 10 min and didn't say was word. rude rude rude. And 60$ for 2 pizzas, a single order bread sticks, 3 drinks. Just trash."
"Ordered food from a few restaurants for a family gathering. Other two restaurants had food out on time. Pizza Hut was my last stop. Food was to be ready at 6:25 PM.I was told it would be a couple more minutes and to move to the end of line. I waited for the three customers front to get there food and my order was still not ready. I finally got my order 25 minutes later. I spoke with manager and he made several excuses and did nothing to make it better. The other food I had purchased was now cold. Very disappointed!!"
"This is supposed to be a pepperoni lovers pizza with 50% more pepperoni. Wow I got ripped off."
