"Got a large black coffee and took off the lid seen mold floating in it,if it wasn't mold it sure was something foreign it was a lot of it, maybe a dirty coffee machine, smelt bad and tasted bad too!!"
"I attempted to purchase some Juul pods today, and in order to receive the promotional discount. I inputted my phone number associated with my royalty program, but that was not sufficient even though the system said my reward number was accepted, and the discount was not applied. The cashier then told me that I needed to use the app, so I went back to my car to get my phone. The cashier then scanned the barcode on my app, but the system still did not add the discount. The cashier told me it was because I hadn’t verified my ID on the app, and neither of us were able to figure out how to verify my ID. After all this, I still didn’t receive my discount and the associate was extremely unapologetic and clearly didn’t care. I will not be going to this gas station again. This is the worst loyalty program ever and it is just a way for the company to avoid actually giving the discounts they are awarding."
"Everything automated. Employees are apparently there to prevent stealing and to keep the counter from running away. Can't move gas from one pump to another. If I wanted a low ambition job I would have already applied here. I'm not partaking in this business anymore."
"Been stopping here early in the morning as it's only one open at 5am on my way to work. Now they have a self scan thing and won't help you at a register. I don't use self scan at Walmart or anywhere else anymore. I just tried to buy fuel and smokes at the register and the lady told me to go to the self scan to make my purchase. I'll just go to different stations from now on. As I feel it's not my job to ring myself up at a store."
"Standing in line I hear an employee trying to get my attention by yelling "hey, hey" instead of "I can help you over here". So I walk up to her register she never greets me and continues her conversation with I assumed to be a co-worker publicly bad-mouthing the previous manager. Apparently she's the new manager. I would never post what she was saying but if circle k would like to reach out to me, you're welcome to. And I know I'm only one customer but I won't go back there again."
