"This park is historic for me. My best friend and I would always go here. It was our place, our spot, our home. We had claimed a tree in the park where we'd always walk to. We end up climbing and enjoying the view we got from it. As well as a little outcove we would lay in the taller grass and stare up at the sky. I still remember her falling asleep on my arm, something that has engraved my mind. It will always be our home. And I hope it can be yours Please keep it clean."

"I liked the outlook of the bridge from where I was sitting at that bridge goes to west Terrehaute and the slight breeze that went over the water was warm but not bad"

"This is a very nice park. Spent alot of time here as a kid and teen. Then again when I had kids. Has a nice spot to play football. And play area for kids. No basket ball court and no shelter or bathrooms. Lots of eyes on the park from all the retired homeowners and local businesses. So safe. Traffic sometimes goes a little to fast for passing a park."
