"Worst business and Customer Service I have dealt with. Ruined a dress I paid $$$ for. Scorched it causing 4 small holes. Broke decorative belt buckle. Manager n Clerk Claim that this is how it came into their store. Why would I take a garment that was ruined like this to have it dry cleaned? I would not wear it again. I worked at a Dry cleaner for several years so you are not pulling wool over my eyes. I know that steam is used but also an iron. It is obvious that it was scorched by an iron. Owner claims they have no irons in their establishment. I cannot not believe anything they say. Really I just wore this dress to my family members funeral. It was in perfect condition. I would never go back to this business again n will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They should be put out of business for not standing by when they were in the wrong. Even charged me $27.00 to clean this dress and launder a shirt. I thought I was going to a responsible establishment. Evidently Not!!! Very disappointed n dissatisfied customer!!"
