"I've called these guys out to move and work on my hot tub, they were very professional and got to the job taken care of in a timely manner. I was happy with them and would recommend them for any work you would need done."
"Called to schedule service for heater issue. Not only were they helpful but could work me in next day. When I described my issue I was asked if I cared to try something myself to avoid service charges. The fix was simple and was described in detail and also why it was malfunctioning. A few steps later and about 20 minutes time my heater snapped back to life and is running great again. Hydro has performed a few other repairs on site on other tub equipment. The fixes were done on schedule, almost to the minute, reasonably done and full function was restored the first time. The other large retailer in town had been out three times on another tub to "fix" something (charging me each time) unsuccessfully. I ended up fixing myself with the help of a YouTube video, really souring me on the whole tub ownership experience. Hydrotherapy is a cut above, the only place in town and proved it again with this recent issue."

"We wasted so much time and money dealing with Backyard Leisure. Couldn’t believe a word that came out of their mouth. Long story short… they couldn’t get our hot tub to run correctly. It kept going into overheat mode. Called hydrotherapy.. they came out the next day and fixed the issue within a hour. Found out Backyard Leisure installed the wrong sized pumps (which is causing the overheating) and they looked used. There was rust on “new” pumps. Stay away from backyard leisure. Excuses for everything, no results. As for Hydrotherapy, they diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed the issue. Very honest and professional! Thanks!"
