"Great space but dirty! Deck had old leaves on it (its summer), place smelled musty upon entering, dog hair all over, had to sleep on top of covers because sheets were dirty (like I could literally swipe dirt [or whatever it was] off the sheets), and on one bed, had to cover bedspread because there was a yellow stained spot (which also smelled). Even the towels and washcloths were debatable. Toaster is cheap and broken, all cookware is light and cheap, fridge doors rub against each other, handle on oven broken off and knob placed to open door. All appliances and furniture needs updating. So sad because it looks like someone loved it at one point and would be a great place to stay if a little care was given to it! On a positive note, the neighbors are super friendly!"

"First you need to know this is camping. You just get to be up in a small pedestal house. Very small, very cute. 2 bedrooms. We had one couple and 5 in other bedroom. One tv in living room only. Furniture old, appliances old. Take your own cooking supplies, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, bag of ice, lighter fluid, charcoal, paper towels, cooking condiments, Ketchup, mustard, salt pepper, etc, may or may not have towels..take your own. Very nice washer and dryer, lots of quiet wooded acres, lovely water stream/ creek. Hot tub was perfection. Very nice. Fun board games included. Not a lot of seating. Open walls, don't reach top of ceiling, no privacy. Only one bathroom for 8 people but overall lovely, cozy little place. A bit pricey"

"I booked this property back in May for Labor Day weekend for Saturday to Monday to spend time at The BandLands Off Road Park. We had all our equipment, dogs, and kids loaded and on our way. I contacted the host a few hours before check in to confirm how we enter the property and I was informed that it was double booked so we cannot stay there. I was refunded for the stay, however no other accommodation was offered and we had to turn back around. We are extremely disappointed and now we are out the time and money it took to drive there and back hauling our equipment. The host had over 3 months to figure out that they double booked a stay."
