"My husband bought me flowers here for Valentine's Day. The delivery was prompt and the flowers were stunning! I couldn't have been happier with what I received. My only issue was the flowers did go bad faster than I expected, only 6 days after I received them... They started smelling of rotten flowers. I reached out a representative named Alicia answered the phone promptly. And without hesitation was happy to replace my flowers and also suggested a different type of flower so that they would last longer this time. I am very happy with my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend flowers by Valerie. Thank you!!!!!"
"Have used this florist multiple times in the past and have always been pleased with them. They are timely and are able to fulfill my order when needed and have produced some beautiful arrangments. The staff are very friendly. I was a little disappointed in my last purchase with misspellings on the card and it seems like the price keeps goes up but the arrangements size gets smaller. Even my wife stated it was mostly vase with flowers that wilted before opening. This was the first time I picked from an image online and upgrading rather then telling the florist what flowers to use and naming a price I would definitely still recommend their services; however, would not recommend upgrading the arrangement, it appears to only increase the vase size."
