"I recently visited this store for the first time. Prior to my visit, I called ahead to ask about the availability of lab coats and to receive recommendations for embroidery services. I was pleasantly surprised to find lab coats already set aside for me, although they didn't meet my school's requirements. Despite this setback, both the owner and the staff went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed. The owner located the exact length required for my lab coat in one of their catalogs, placed the order, and offered embroidery services. The amazing customer service made me feel genuinely welcomed, and it was apparent that they were dedicated to assisting me. The customer service was so impressive that I ended up purchasing a new pair of work shoes before I left (haha). I plan to recommend this small business to my coworkers, and I will for sure be returning for future purchases. The overall experience was top tier!"

My size wasn't in stock and they gladly ordered me the size, style and color I wanted. A small, woman owned shop that is well worth your business!"

"I came here a couple weeks ago to buy scrubs for a new job and the manager, Kari, was so nice! She immediately greeted me when I came in and was so warm and welcoming. I needed navy blue scrubs for my new job and she picked out some pairs for me to try on and was very helpful throughout the process, even getting me new sizes when I needed them. I love the scrub brands I bought as well as the new badge reels I bought. They have great quality stuff here as well as great and friendly customer service and I love that it’s a small business. "Excellent shopping experience. I went in around 7 pm. Sloane helped me try different sizes of scrubs. It was time for her to shift to end at 7, but she stayed back longer to make sure that I was able to try out to my hearts content, patiently offering more and more options in colors and brands. When she eventually did leave work, she signed off to Tatiana, who again was extremely helpful. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience."
