"Excellent alterations besides dry cleaning."
"I took pleated linen drapes in for dry cleaning. I got them back with no pleats. When I took them back, he said I don’t do pleats. I even took the drapes in for him to look at before taking them for cleaning. He never mentioned until I took them back after cleaning that he doesn’t do pleats. He was not nice. He did not offer back my almost $100 that I paid for cleaning. He was rude and acted as if I was somehow to blame. Be warned- this is not a place you want to spend your money!!!"
"I have been to Kim's Cleaners before and they always do a fantastic job. This last time around I took my clothes in Monday morning and asked that all 16 articles of clothing be ready by Wednesday (truly an unreasonable request, in my opinion). They were given only a day to take care of my clothes and yet they took care of everything. All articles of clothing looked amazing. Perfect job. 10/10 for service, professionalism, and diligence."
