Our dog likes to eat rocks from our fireplace and in the process, got soot from the fireplace on our carpet. My store bought carpet chemicals did nothing to the stain. Brandon was able to get the stains out to where I have no idea where the stains were previously. I was also impressed by how clean he keeps his van and the tools he has that keep a house from being damaged from the hoses attached to the equipment."
