"This exlstablishment discriminates against incontinent disabled veterans. The managers daughter is rude, verbally abusive, and the manager cosigns her behavior. As the caregiver case manager, I will be contacting the va, home instead, council on aging and filing a complaint with the Ada due to the lack of intolerance and discrimination against my clients representative that came to do their laundry. Save yourself the embarrassment, lack of compassion and understanding, and professionalism of staff because this establishment lacks alll. It's a terrible representative of the community support that they are given everywhere else. Hopefully the owner will right thewrong they did and uphold the dignity of my clients and thwir representatives."
"This laundry mat is a little ran down but it gets the job done. I always choose this one over the one across town. The ladies inside working are always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of rules posted all over the place, but that's mainly because of disrespectful people who don't respect the building."
