They came out for an evaluation the next day, and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following week to clean out and install a new dryer duct and vent. Five Diamonds was hired for services, I had already paid another Heating & Cooling company out of Warsaw to complete in 2018. The other company did not explain everything to me and workmanship was poorly completed. My end results of continued excessive dust and snow melting off my roof top proved the first company didn’t do something correct. I called them several times throughout the years about my concerns. I was ignored and mislead to only encourage me to buy additional features or services. I wasted thousands of dollars with this other company. Now the snow isn’t melting from my roof top and dust is not excessive. Cleaner air quality too! Five Diamonds has my future business for professionalism, honesty, and workmanship!!!"
