"Lot of washers and machines out of order. I come here just to get my dogs towels clean the washers don’t do the greatest and it’s way too expensive. Don’t know how anyone can afford getting their actual laundry done here. Definitely don’t recommend."
"The place (in my opinion) used to be my favorite laundromat in Kokomo. Because of the fact, they didn't seem to mind the local people that are so fortunate as to have shelter on cold, cold nights. Also, they play good music, all night long. Now, must be under new ownership. They have a new sign up that threatens law enforcement for any vagrancy on the property. I understand there has to be a line drawn. But, no need to threaten the cops, I feel like. For that, 3 stars..."
"It had a bad smell. Like poo or something rotten. The machines are outdated. The lady who works there was really nice and hospitable. She popped in and out. It was really hot iutside today. It doesn't have air conditioning so it felt hotter inside. There was a huge fan there. The dryers were so old and the from where u select temp and start ut was missing. It took me a few mins to figure out how to start machine. They should really check machine and clean them. The small loaders had so much stuff in them that was left behind from previous people. I should not have to clean out machines."
"My girls were forced to clean their own clothes! Packed it all up including Mickie the big helper! Laundry facilities have a bad rap, people tend to misuse appliances that aren't theirs, or just have some really nasty laundry they won't do in their own washer and dryer.... This establishment was a little old and wore down, but! There are brand new washing machines being hooked up as we speak! Looks as they are upgrading, they had a bathroom you can use, and a bill changer which is a must! There is plenty of room to fold your laundry and a giant table where you can sit and enjoy some food and drink. We had the facility to ourselves and can't wait until they start the new washers. This was definitely a family outing! Gary came by after work to join Allyssa, Jessica, Mickie and I. We did have a good time without being hassled."
