"I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady working there she was my angel! I need a suit and shirt done for my grandmas funeral,first she said it wouldn't b ready till Thursday but I need it the next dday cause the funeral was Wednesday. She said she would make sure it was done on Tuesday! A true life savor!! As she promised it was ready when I needed it! Will only take my dey cleaning here from now on!"
"I am a military member and I used them to sew on rank insignia and service stripes. I was promised that they knew what they were doing and they had a contract through Grissom. The first time I took my uniforms back I returned them because they were crooked and wrinkled. The second time I received them they weren’t sewed on all the way and they were still crooked and wrinkled. (See Photo). I was offered to bring them back a third time but I declined. The front desk was very polite and understanding. The issue was that I was for some reason required to pay cash for the alterations service but also able to pay with my card for the cleaning service. It didn’t feel all that sketchy until I realized how poorly my uniforms were done. I write this as a warning to other service members who are considering using their alterations service. I have since sent my uniforms out of state to a trusted alterations place that I have used before and they recommended that I get new uniforms due to how poorly the insignia were sewed/glued on."
"The quality of the stitching were the buttons were attached is shotty at best. He was asked to put a second line of button closing the coat up. Instead of doing the work he was paid for he put fake buttons. The one button hole he did put in looks rushed. I would recommend to stay as far away from this place for alterations"
"Some one needs to explain to him that dark blue and brown can be seen thew white lace. The only reason I gave them a star is your not allowed to give 0"
