"I had excellent service for the first year of service, then as they grew as a business they no longer was to concerned about individual customers. I left work early to meet at our agreed upon time, three hours later I received a text informing me they would not make it. Eventually after trying to make contact to reschedule, I came to realize I was not even worth the time to get a response telling me that I was no longer a customer. Everything was always very friendly and good, as far as you let on at the time. Hopefully the making of money doesn't change the way you would perform your task as if you were doing it for your own self. Quality was emphasized over quantity, I guess I never made enough money to realize the "priority", I should be giving it..."
"Mike and Diane Fisher are true professionals when it comes to eliminating Bees, Hornets & Rodents. After discussing with Diane our issue with mice coming in our home, Mike showed up (ON TIME) and found where they were getting in and took care of our mice issue. Within a month, we ran into a (bee/yellow jacket) problem where the bees/Yellow Jackets appeared to be going up & under our vinyl siding. I thought I would call Mike or Diane to see if they could talk me through on what to do at this point. Within 25 minutes, Mike and Diane both came out and I am so glad they did !!!! They traced where the HUGE NEST (the size of a Basketball) was, (at the basement level of our home), and took care of our problem. I Highly recommend them. Thank You Mike and Diane !!"

They are friendly, professional, and offered additional advice, while recommending additional pest control services that we might be interested in. No pressure sales, though! YES!
