"I definitely do not recommend this place. I took my daughter because I had concerns with some staining that I felt was too soft and becoming a cavity. The dentist there told me she wanted to wait and watch it, against my better judgement. Went back because it was getting worse, new doctor- with the other no where to be found. This dentist said we needed to fix the tooth (obviously.) my son had a cleaning, they charged him for fluoride, though he’s too young to even receive it. They “filled” my daughter’s tooth, one surface with flowable composite. They charged me for a larger filling, not knowing I’m a EFDA and do this for a living, therefore I knew that they were charging for work that was never completed. Went back and forth, before finally threatening to contact insurance for fraud. On top of that, the flowable needs replaced because it lacks durability and is already effecting my daughter’s tooth. If you go here, PLEASE pay close attention to your bill. Ask as many questions, don’t let them make you feel like you don’t know or deserve to know why, what, and how they’re going to be doing everything."

"My kid has some sensory issues and big emotional reactions to new things. The first time we went to the dentist, the hygienist was in a hurry and it was fine but not great, kiddo was nervous about going back. Today we went to The Dental Center and the hygienist was phenomenal! Took extra time to explain everything, made special accommodations for my kid, made it fun. So greatly appreciated!"

"My daughter goes here and she loves the workers! They're so nice and treat us good. She was nervous for her visit this week, but they made her feel comfortable."

"Absolute scam of a place. Zero interest in their actual patient. Only concerned about that payment. My daughter (6 at the time) went in, and we were told she needed several extractions and caps done. Seemed extensive for a 6 year old but we called to make the appointment. They said we had to pay 742.00 just to schedule the appointment otherwise no go. We waited on it and next appointment they made us feel guilty about not scheduling saying this was going to be so much worse for her in the long run. We paid the appointment fee and did the surgery. The surgery was newest 10,000.00. Insurance covered all but around 3,000. We made monthly payments but were then told they refused to see either my daughter or son until bill was paid in full. Mind you, they never saw my daughter after the surgery was done. Not a single check up. We continued to make payments til one day they sent me a bill with an additional 200.00 added. When asked, they said it was a late fee. I cannot fathom paying them 3,000 just to add another 200. They have never seen my children since then. This is a corporate owned dentistry! That means they will find anything wrong to charge you. They will add the most expensive resort instead of the easier cheaper option. Do not take your kids here! Find a local dentist that genuinely cares about your child's health and not how much they will make off their parents. Sick."
