"Our washer broke down so I had to take sooooo much laundry in a couple weeks ago. The place was spotless. The female attendant (wish I'd gotten her name) was super friendly and helpful. I emptied the change machine and needed more; she took care of it right away. I left a lot of change by her window accidentally. She made sure I got it back and even put it in a cup for me. The washers were fast and did a good job (I used 3 different machine sizes). The dryers seemed to take a while but I may have overloaded them. I typically hang dry most clothes, anyway, so I just got them mostly dry and hung them. I may take my bedding there from now on bc the giant washer will fit it all in one go vs taking several loads all day at home. As far as cost, it seemed high but the only other laundromat I've been at recently was in Southern IN this summer; it was cheaper but the machines weren't as nice."

"This is the second time I have been here to wash my blankets. The first experience- there was a lady working here which was so friendly and sweet- I’m sure the owners didn’t appreciate how much she actually cared about this place. This second experience- change machine don’t work, no employees here, and dryers took FOREVER. Also- the machines are super expensive. I used to work at a laundromat before I moved to Plymouth and this would have never been ok where I was working. I will never be back and will also spread the word. The owners obviously need to get in here and maintain their business."

"Dirty place. Everything is dirty. Floors, counters, machines. Many machines broken. Lost money, lost soap. Price list board is wrong. Prices probably fro 10 years ago. Hours listed are wrong. They are not 24 hours. You're better off washing your clothes by hand in the yellow river."

"If I could have given this place negative Stars I would have done that. I had issues with my machine breaking down. ( Like my clothes were locked in the machine) I told the attendant about it. Instead of solving my problem she called the cops and had me trespassed. I guess that's one way to not have to give a refund on a faulty machine. Don't go here they call the cops to resolve their issues. Four thumbs down! EXTREMELY unprofessional! I went to Country Charm down the street and they are awesome!"
