"I placed an online order and paid and selected a 10:30am pick up time a week before I needed my order. I called the day before to confirm pick up time because I had ordered in December and my order was not ready and took them hours. But I spoke to someone and was told order was received and would be ready at pick up time. The next day I received an email at 9:05am that my order was ready. I arrived at 10:28am only to be told the item was not ready and they needed five more minutes. Ok so I wait as I had an important presentation to get to but was trying not to be stressed. At 10:45am finally the order was ready. No explanation for the tardiness, or why I would receive and email stating it was ready and I apology. I placed a customer service request and still haven’t heard back from anyone. If they can’t have it ready at time the site should just say that. Or when I called the day prior they should have said something then."

"Okay so I called ahead and was worried like y’all had bad reviews a little min ago y’all still bad? Lol and the lady explained stuff happens it’s fruit it’s delicate lol recipient received and said they’re perfect and delivery driver was nice! Thank you!"

"Really Messed Up My Surprise Was Told They Tried Fix it Before it left because they didn’t have any in stock why would you send something broke to someone house I didn’t pay for it to look this way unprofessional !!No help and I’ll never shop at another edible arrangement this is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this very expensive company!
