"When I had and needed the service it was great. Giovanni the service tech did a great job every month. Now three months ago I've canceled my service at the end of the contract and since then they've charged my debit card and returned it, send me invoices every month with charges that each month they've corrected and yet I still get monthly texts of time and dates they'll be at my home to service. Now I've received another invoice after thinking I cleared everything up with Tracy last month and now another text of service. I'm now trying to reach Mr. Frazier the Branch manager to see if it's possible to cancel my service and no longer be charged and have to clear this up every month."
