"My firsthand experience on Monday 1/22/2024 approx. 7:30pm- clothes are rinsing, minding my business; over comes an employee - older, white, glasses, few teeth, even less cognitive function. Employee says to patron: "is that your dog outside in the car? You can bring him in, if you want. It's cold outside" Even after customer insists on not bringing the dog in, employee was persistent. What the heck? It's literally 37 degrees outside; it's in a running vehicle & it has fur! In comes a puppy; running rampant, halting patrons in it's path. Barking annoyingly loud & whining; god, the whining. The puppy proceeds almost immediately to urinate all over the floor. What is happening?"

"Beware. They steal clothing for whatever reason. I dropped off 99 items and got back 95 as 4 items were missing. When I tried to see what they could do for me they said "I was a liar", and that their girls told the manager Amanda that all my items were given to me when they weren't. I arrived on monday Nov 20th to pick up my items and they told me that over half of them were still at the factory. After waiting another 45 min, the factory truck showed up and we counted all the items in from of myself and 3 other girls and all three of them acknowledged I was missing 2 items which were a dress shirt and a suit jacket. I told them I had to get going and for them to call me when the found the other 2 lost items. They all three said okay. The point is they acknowledged my items were missing before I left the store. So when I got home I noticed I was missing additional items of 2 golf shirts, so in essence was missing 4 items. I then did not hear from them at all and after 4 days I called and spoke with Amanda who said I was lying and that the girls told her I was given all of my items. I told Amanda that just a few days ago 3 of the girls acknowledged I was missing items and that they would search for them for me. But Amanda basically called me a liar and then said she is not going to deal with me any longer and hung up on me. Wow. Just wow. This is the worst experience I have had with a dry cleaner. And for the mgr Amanda to not just simply say, "we are very sorry for any missing items, we don't feel you are, but this is how we're going to help you." I guess I am accustomed to good customer service and this place does not have it. I told the mgr that I had up to 300 more items I was going to bring and that since she was not willing to help me with anything, she blatantly said, they do that amount each day and they don't need my business. What a complete joke this place is, but when you're dealing with this type of individuals it's impossible to get any reimbursement, discount or anything. I definately will never go there again and have to deal with such inebtness. The picture I've attached to this review proves 99 items were dropped off, however, just like the 3 girls affirmed on monday the 20th, that I was missing items. A suit jacket worth $120, 1 dress shirt a ralph lauren $85, and 2 golf shirts worth $170, totaling $375 I lost. Very pathetic, dishonest and no customer service. If you expect any help with your lost items, they will deny it and if you call them they will hang up on you arrogantly and angrily."

"Great the staff here is the best. Thing is at 43 I never ask questions about how to do laundry because I assume that something I should just know how to do. I don't and if I ever did I forgot. The girl working is always able to answer my questions creatively and patiently."
