"Backyard Leisure is a wonderful place to do business. Their customer service is top notch, from owner, Earl Michaels, to Ashley in customer service, and Renee in the Springfield, IL store. I bought a salt water hot tub several years ago that I use daily. For some unknown reason, the chemicals got out-of-whack. Backyard Leisure staff were patient and helped me to gently resolve the issue without the need to drain and refill the tub. They answered all of my questions without making me feel completely stupid. I now know what easy steps to take to keep my chemicals in check. I would definitely recommend Backyard Leisure to everyone interested in owning and enjoying the great benefits of a hot tub!"
