"While having to return 30 minutes after originally scheduled to pick up Link, a golden retriever. Myself and another lovely soul were waiting on our fur babies to be brought to the front, a pack of 4-5 dogs came rushing from the back, while all of the employees were occupied in the back. One of the dogs pushed open the door, causing we, the customers to corral and prevent multiple peoples loved ones from escaping out onto the busy street. When able to further inspect the service provided, I noticed that parts of him were shaved down to the skin. Which is NEVER recommended unless by a veterinarian, as it can cause issues upon hair regrowth and is a protective layer from insects and elements. While returning my phone call about why he was shaved down to the skin in certain areas, the lady expressed that she was trained on how to cut hair of all breeds, then listened to my concerns. When I brought up the armpits area, she shakily said that he must have had tangles or knots in the afflicted area, then tried to get a coworker to confirm such. He is brushed regularly and no such tangles existed. If you want to put your loved ones in jeopardy with lack of knowledge and proper observation, I'd highly recommend Waggin' Main. The price and employees were fair and kind."

"Excellent people to get your fur babies nice and clean and cut, and nails done. Great customer service, they also take inconsideration to what you want your fur baby to look like. My husky sheds like crazy and after a couple of their furminator treatments that they do his shedding has decreased greatly to the point he almost hardly sheds"
