"Gavin worked at the checkout counter and he was really friendly and gave great customer service. I went in five minutes before they closed in a rush just to get dog food, but as soon as I walked in Gavin greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me if I needed help and assured me that if I needed anything he was just right up front! I grabbed my dog food and checked out and he was extremely nice and did the promotional dog food (4 Health) and made sure I knew what it was and made sure I got the right flavor and explained the promotional thing perfectly. There was no confusion at any point and I walked out 10 minutes after they closed feeling great due to the great customer service the young man, Gavin had displayed. Thank you so much tsc, always pleased with the great staff you all have!"
