"The service is convenient to have someone out to the house. The owner seems to want to push you toward a preset schedule if you want it or not. He comes across as rude with all of the comments. He canceled our appointment twice and then had the guts to charge extra for the cut, because our dogs hair was thick and had a little matting. I realize we are all coming out of the stay at home orders and accommodations need to be made, but that kind of goes both ways. Overall the convenience is not worth the trouble we are moving on."

"We have a German Shepherd that our local groomer just couldn't handle. Not only did we worry about the risk of taking our dog off of our property and the risk of her running in fright but our shepherd does not enjoy leaving her domain. This man not only brought the service to our home but I can only compare his service to having a car detailed. He deep cleaned her ears, which she was always digging at, no more. He also groomed her to the point that she could be entered at the Westminster dog show. He arrived at 3:00pm and left at 5:30pm. I don't get that much attention to myself! This guy is good!"
