"I don’t recommend this groomer. While the groomer herself was nice, the service was horrible. Took my boy for an introductory trim, I specifically asked his hair to be kept long! I just wanted a TRIM. I come to pick him up and he is shaved down completely. His hair is SO patchy, it’s long in some places and super short in others. She cut my poor boys balls & they are SOOOO red and irritated. He won’t stop licking them and whining. She didn’t even have my appointment in her calendar when I had made it almost a month in advance. So disappointed!"
"Our Yorkie loves star pet grooming. He gets so excited when we drop him off and doesn't usually want to leave. He's always on point with his clean cut n bow tie or scarf. Highly recommended"
