"I was at pet supplies plus the other day in Anderson. When I witnessed an employee that was grooming a puppy smack the puppy and was poking the puppy with the clippers. I had to leave due to my rage cause I knew I would hurt her if I confronted her. I called the store immediately and sent several emails to corporate and the local store with no answer or explanations. I would stay away from this store for any grooming services. I will follow up with a visit to the store soon. I can't forget the face of the lady who was abusing that poor defenseless puppy."
"I used the self-serve pet wash, and it was excellent! I purchased the punch card, which gives you 5 washes for $25, and the first wash is free! That was a deal too good to pass up! I also did some shopping, and they have a great selection!"
"Their self bathing stations are awesome!! Monte was so nice, taking care to clean each station between use, making sure all dogs (and humans) were comfortable, and explaining everything. Every employee was so nice and helpful. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The entire store was clean and organized. They even have a pastry case for treats. I will definitely be back for baths, treats, and more!"
"The dog wash is fantastic and $10 for self serve is a great price, their oatmeal shampoo makes my Great Dane’s fur feel like silk, the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Lori for cleaning the dog wash between clients and ensuring that everyone in the store is comfortable (there was a skittish dog in the wash before ours and we didn’t mind waiting), warmly greeted, and had their needs for products met (Bonus: they sell treats from Three Dogs Bakery). Indy and I will be repeat customers."
