The Historic Train Depot, located at 60 East Broad Street in Newnan, Georgia, is a museum and tourist attraction that is dedicated to preserving and honoring the rich history of Newnan and Coweta County. Formerly known as The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society, the institution offers exhibits at the McRitchie-Hollis Museum and the Newnan Historic Train Depot.

The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society is committed to providing educational and interactive programming for the community, making museums exciting places for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy. The museum continues to develop new exhibits that tell the story of Newnan, Coweta County, and the West Georgia Region.

The Historic Train Depot, once the site of a Civil War battle, is now available for rentals. Visitors can also learn how to become a member and support the Newnan-Coweta Historical Society. The institution interprets and preserves the historical, cultural, and architectural heritage of Coweta County through its programs, exhibitions, and collections, serving and engaging the diverse communities of Coweta County and the surrounding region. "My cousin had his wedding here this past Sunday. It was outside under a tent. I thought the space was really nice. The inside reception area was good space as well. The wedding was really beautiful!!"

"Great place for a party of any type it is big enough to handle large party, DJ, bar and other set-up needed. We had a great time with the family of all ages, the little ones had plenty of room to run around and have fun, lots of room to dance."
