"So I use this CVS because it was close to the urgent care I went to. I called to check the price of my prescription and I asked the lady who answered the phone about my prescription she stated what it was.. but before I could get out can you transfer it somewhere she was very rude. I had to call back and talk to someone else don’t know if it was the same person or not but she was also rude at that point I told them to transfer my prescription to a Walgreens she said she would and hung up in my face again.. I’m new to Birmingham so I don’t know what nearest Walgreens she would be talking of so I had to use google and call around.. please train your staff on simple common curtesy on how to treat and talk to people. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else especially if you have elderly patients who needs a little more patience and understanding. I would give a zero if I could.. I was furious!!!!!!"
"Clerks attitude are nasty. Customer service is pass ridiculous. I called 4 times to see if my prescriptions were ready for pick-up an 4 times I was hung up on. I hate to change pharmacists but, I will because of attitudes."

"Very rude..from the pharmacist(white guy) to the girl at the window. Never seen them before but horrible customer service and they don't deserve the 1 star they received. It's really sad. A nice lady that works in the store apologized to me and another customer for the way they behaved. She shouldn't have to do that."
"Must be the laziest pharmacists working in the pharmacy. I was asked to come back in 45 mins, because they were closing for lunch in 15 and didn’t want to fill my husband’s prescription beforehand when it was something in a box, precounted and packaged. But whatever that was fine. I went back in an hour’s time and waited in line for over 30 mins to pickup the prescription. Find people who work with a sense of urgency, because the sick need urgent care. I don’t care if there was low staffing issues or whatever the excuse of the day is, that’s your problem not mine, resolve your issues."
