"Mike and his team went above and beyond for my issue. I had a cut in my linoleum in my camper. The shop called in Creative Colors to do the repair. Long story short, the manufacturer did not provide enough material for Creative Colors to do a quality repair (I knew it wasn't going to work). 5 months later the repair started peeling and curling. I was told my the manufacturer that it was Creative Colors issue not theirs. I called Creative colors and spoke with Mike and he agreed to come out and take a look the very next day. This is where Mike went to bat for me. He had various conversations with the manufacturer and they agreed to send him more material but Creative Colors would have to pay for the extra material. They went ahead and purchased the matching lino material and were ready repair my floor. Next morning I get a call from the manufacturer that they are going replace my floor under "good will" and that a repair is not necessary. I made the disappointing phone call to Mike to let him know that he may be stuck with the lino if they don't let him return it. From the very beginning Mike assured me that they were going to make it right no matter what. He did everything he could, but ended up getting stuck with Lino he may never use. Thank you to Mike and team for your customer service and diligent efforts to make it right!"
