"We have had frigid temps since this past weekend and as luck would have it, our ancient furnace out in our pole barn went out yesterday morning. I called Economy right away when they opened and they were able to get me in same day but not only that... given the age of the unit it was going to be hard to fix but they took the motor out and took it to the shop and promised they would be back to put it in same day. Around 9pm they called and said they had it and were leaving the shop to come back and install.... WOW!
