"Palm plumbing came out for a quote and said he would get back to me with a quote. After a week I called to check on the quote, Voicemail left, no call back. Second week goes by I called again and left a voicemail. No call back after coming out and saying someone will give me a quote. If he did not want to do the job he could have simply said, "At this time I am not able to complete this job for you, I recommend XXX for your plumbing needs." So unprofessional, do not waste your time."
"Spoke to Joe Palm twice to have him come out to my home. First time didn't return my call, called again (things happen) took my info..said he'd be out...never came nor called. He was recommended by someone who has worked at my home..and did a great job."
"Palm Plumbing in Knox Indiana. Joe was called to unclog the main sewer line from inside the property to the city sewer line in two spots. He charge for 30min work $160 only roto out catch base to main city sewer line and from the house to the catch base he didn’t roto out like we agreed upon. Joe only did the catch base to the main city sewer line and mention that everything was working fine. Day later water was still backing up in tub and toilet. When he was called back he said that it’s a different problem that he doesn’t have time to fix or roto out from the house to the catch base were its clogged up. Joe doesn’t guarantee his workmanship. Don’t recommend Palm the Plummer for future plumbing work he not reliable."

"I'm highly disappointed with his service. I asked him to see if he can connect a water line to a spigot. He had to check behind my washer and dryer and he knelt on my dryer causing a dent. He was very defensive when I told him I was concerned. Not offering to fix it or help with the cost of damages. He immediately left. I have not heard back from him. Needless to say, I do not want his services. I see what kind of business and type of person he is."
